Penn State Student Develops Virtual Personal Trainer for Portable Touch Screen Device | Shreveport-Bossier Personal Training

Matt Allison, a student at Penn State University has won a $10,000 prize to apply towards a unique fitness innovation. Allison is going to be using the prize money to help develop a “virtual personal trainer.” The device will be a portable touchscreen unit that will track workouts, monitor progress, store exercise information, provide workout advice, display nutrition information, and will track the user’s progress through charts and graphs.
